Really enjoyed our first time at HαΊ»m! The food came out super quickly, which was nice. We ordered the garlic noodles with shaken beef and the grilled pork vermicelli. The shaken beef was really tender and came medium-rare. If you prefer your beef more cooked, you can definitely ask them to cook it a little longer, but the medium-rare was perfect for me. The grilled pork vermicelli had a really good balance of meat, vermicelli, and veggies. The pork wasn’t burnt at all, but it had a pretty strong smoky flavor that was a little too bitter for me. We came during Labor Day weekend and they were doing a spin-the-wheel promotion for freebies. We ended up getting a sea salt coffee and a free appetizer. The sea salt coffee was SO good. Honestly, the coffee alone would make me come back. The servers were super attentive. Overall, we had a great experience and I’d definitely come back to try some of the other dishes!

Hands down the best Vietnamese in the area! This place is going is going to put pho bo to grill out of business. Came for lunch, and I'm writingthis review while eating. Ican't wait to tell you about this place! HEM knows quality food and the flavors are on point. Meat was flavorful and not overcooked. Staff was so friendly and happy. I can't see myself going anywhere else. I don't know why it took me so long to try it! Got the fresh spring rolls, very fresh ingredients and filled well. No wimpy or flimsy rolls. Pork vermicelli bowl is so tasty and, did I already say fresh?? Can't wait to bring my family.

Really sad our favorite Vietnamese restaurant changed ownership/chef and no longer taste good. But super happy this restaurant opened closer to home. This is not one of those typical Vietnamese pho restaurants that serve similar pho, bamh mi, bowls etc. this place actually has some really different plates that most other Vietnamese don't have, even the presentation was different and elevated. I'm gonna come and try out everything on their menu. I wish they had the traditional salted plum or lemon soda drink. So far 90% of the items were very good. Service was excellent too.

The restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside. The decor is vibrant and makes for a great atmosphere. It’s definitely a visually stunning place. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience didn’t match the ambiance. When we arrived, there was a waiting list but no hostess or clear instructions for guests to sign in, so it felt disorganized from the start. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, another 5 minutes just to get drinks, and about 20 more minutes for our food. The staff seemed slow and only checked on us once. We didn’t receive any water refills during the meal. As for the food, it was just okay, nothing to write home about, especially for the price. The pho was particularly disappointing. The broth was greasy and not very appetizing. The hu tieu was also not close to authentic. It came with half a regular egg instead of quail eggs, the pork was tough and dry, and there was no sliced liver. The squid tasted like it had been frozen and was still cold on the inside when I bit into it. Overall, it felt pricey for the quality and service we received. I will give them a pass since they just opened not too long ago, and I hope they work out these issues because the
